Qualifications
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience is preferred
- The ideal candidate has experience with the following systems:
* General ledger software (QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online preferred)
* Tax form systems, such as tax1099.com
* MS Excel and Google Docs
* A willingness to learn in-house systems
* Experience with online banking, credit card processors, and various payment methods
- Experience with supporting audit requests is a plus
- Familiarity with non-profit fund accounting or fiscal sponsorship a plus
Compensation and Benefits
The Accountant is a salaried, part-time employee at 25 hours per week and is open to USA remote applicants only. Compensation and benefits include salary, 401(k), health (full premium paid by the PSF)/ dental/vision insurance, and paid holidays/time off. The salary range is $32,500 to $39,000 USD based on qualifications and experience.
This position will report to the Controller. Recurring availability with US Central/Mountain time zones will be necessary for check-ins and collaboration with Accounting Team.
