Current opportunity: EAP Counsellor
Location: UK
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or remote depending on your proximity to our Ealing, London office
Shifts: Full-time (40 hours per week) - Evening shifts - 7:30pm or 9pm finishes.
What you will do:
Workplace Options has exciting full-time opportunities for EAP Counsellors to join our UK counselling team. These would either be hybrid or fully remote positions (depending on your location).
Our EAP Counsellors engage with participants over the phone, video, chat & email all while demonstrating what we call: The Power of a Good Conversation – creating a connection with the client to ensure they feel heard, supported, and cared for.
It’s difficult to describe an average day for our counsellors, as each caller presents with a unique set of challenges, and it would be from your clinical conversation that would help each person navigate a way forward.
