What You'll Be Doing:
We're seeking a Project Coordinator to join our expanding team. As part of our collaborative consultancy, you'll contribute to delivering results across various industries and technology platforms. At Fresh, you'll experience a dynamic work environment alongside a talented team, comprehensive benefits, and an innovative culture.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, directors, and team members to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones. Assist in scheduling tasks and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management. Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, and ensure all team members are informed of project goals, objectives, and expectations.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and issue logs.
- Monitor and track project resources, including personnel, labor budgets, and materials.
- Generate status reports both for clients and internal portfolio reviews.
- Provide additional support to project managers and team members as needed. Handle administrative tasks, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with project-related activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Desired Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management software (MS Project or similar)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

For this Washington-State-based role, the base salary hiring range is $60k to $80k annual salary equivalent, with compensation based on location, level, knowledge, skills, and experience.
