About the Position: In search of a CAREER and not just a JOB? The person selected for this position will provide direct mental health services to children and their families. These services include individual/group/marital and family therapy, counseling case management, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention initial contacts and providing consultation/education/prevention services as needed.

Annual Salary for Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $49,120.00
Annual Salary for Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $44,120.00
Full compensation ranges from $50,639.00 to $68,649.00, depending on the number of covered dependents. Compensation range to include base salary, retirement, and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits.
Primary Working Hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working outside of normal business hours! These shift differentials are stacked on top of your base pay wen working evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services. Contingent on training availability, department-sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of the start date.
Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field. Contingent on training availability, department-sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of the start date.
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and, as such, have a valid driver’s license

About us: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, OK with satellite offices in Altus and Duncan are community-based centers with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment. The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups.
Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-Placement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety-sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety-sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
