About the role:
As a Collegiate Production Artist, you will be editing existing assets and creating new artwork and files for new clubs on a per order basis.  Attention to detail is a must, we offer the most unique and creative graphics this industry has seen, and every club is just as unique.  Successful candidates must have the ability to research and understand the nuances of each design and each school and be able to troubleshoot and dissect files within the Adobe Creative Suit.  Other attributes required are problem solving skills, excellent communication, time management, and innovative thinking.  Being flexible and able to work on multiple projects at once is also a must.

Please note: This is an in-person, full-time position in Arvada, CO. Remote work is not offered. 

What you’ll do:
  • Work with the Creative Director, Customer Service, and Collegiate Market Managers to create the highest quality products for our customers.
  • Alter existing art with club logos and colors with the ability to edit and update art files from our illustration team as well as customer supplied art.
  • Oversee an order from start to finish to include mockups, customer approvals, licensee approvals, and final production.
  • Basic data entry skills, including internal software as well as online portals from our Collegiate Licensee customers.
  • Must be able to live and breathe out brand story and company directives.

  • Attention to Detail: Requires strong attention to detail as each college design, order, and college is unique.  Able to proofread, spell, and cross reference details.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work as a team is crucial.  Must be able to work with all departments within the company.  Constant communication and the ability to listen is essential.
  • Decision Making Abilities:  Needs to be able to make quick and intelligent decisions while keeping quality in the forefront.
  • Organization Skills: This position assumes many routine tasks in a fast-paced business, requiring multi-tasking on many projects at one time.
  • Creativity: Brainstorming and giving feedback to all departments is essential for this role.  Being creative and open to new ideas will ensure our standards are met across the board.
What you bring:
  • Associates Degree in Graphic Design or something similar.
  • 2+ years of similar work experience.
  • Typography, layout, and color story skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at any given time.
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft 365.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

Mental/Physical Requirements: While in the office this position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
