We are seeking an adept, proactive and energetic Workplace Experience Manager to join our New York office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class employee experience every day, in partnership with the New York and Global Workplace Services teams. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized, efficient and highly functional office. You will be responsible for our physical office space, safety, security, as well as management of our service providers and facilities / building management. The successful candidate will be both hands on and skilled at supporting and motivating a self-directed and independent Workplace Services team who share a common goal of creating a best-in-class employee experience every day. As a highly visible and interactive role, the Workplace Services Manager will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to partner across the organization (Tech Services, facilities, construction / real estate, HR etc.) to drive an office environment that aligns to our culture of high performance and high reward.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support a team in the New York office and partner with other WPS team in our global offices.
Establish and maintain effective communication and strong relationships across the organization in order to align office operations goals with our organizational goal of creating a best-in-class employee experience
Oversee the New York office to ensure the physical work environment is highly productive
Partner with stakeholders globally on facility, property and space management
Track and coordinate workstation moves, temporary seat assignments and onboarding/offboarding seat preparations, while being mindful of short-term and long-term space requirements.
Provide high-level oversight on the performance of all third-party service providers across physical office operations to ensure providers are delivering against service agreements and/or work with team to evaluate alternative providers when necessary
Drive a continuous improvement mindset across all office operations initiatives
Work closely with New York leadership to provide white-glove services
Collaborate with Tech Services, Facilities, HR, Talent Dev, and Recruiting to find on-going opportunities to support a strong culture and retention of top talent and create a high level workplace experience for all employees
Provide regular coaching and feedback regarding performance to direct and dotted line reports
Be part of the safety team

Skills You’ll Need:
At least 7 years experience in a fast-paced environment
At least 3 years minimum of managerial responsibility
Experience in Office Management (F&B, Facilities, Travel and Events experience welcomed)
Experience in Facility Management (HVAC, NYC building equipment & infrastructure, maintenance vendor management)
Experience with NYC real estate and building management
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
High resiliency to competing priorities and uncompromising focus on quality
Ability to build strong relationships and credibility across a broad range of stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and leadership skills
Good analytical/critical thinking
Creative problem-solver who is resilient to change and can adapt/flex to ad hoc situations
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Genuine curiosity, empathetic attitude, and strong desire to continuously learn and grow as an individual
Healthy sense of humor and strong customer service skills and professional appearance
Reliable and predictable availability including the ability to be onsite 5 days/week
Working conditions:
Normal for an office environment, in-office
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to travel if needed to various Jump offices. Training in Chicago to start.

Annual Base Salary Range $100,000—$150,000 USD
