Major Responsibilities
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.
Maintain the facility ground.
Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.
Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.
Driving the facility van.
Some weekends and after hours may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred.
You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Must have a valid & clean DMV record.
