Wilkes University invites applicants for a Repair & Maintenance Manager in the Campus Support Services Department. The Campus Support Services Department is responsible for planning, developing, maintaining, and enhancing the physical campus environment.
The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing the university fleet and general maintenance of the campus, including but not limited to the Roofing, Flooring, Key Control, Carpentry, Painting, Locksmithing, Signage, Card Access, & Universal Waste Disposal. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge & understanding of general maintenance practices, procedures & requirements. Three years supervisory experience in a maintenance or customer service-related operation preferred. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
