Wilkes University invites applicants for a part-Time Financial and Compliance Lead Coordinator in the SHINE Program. SHINE is a STEAM project-based after school program for grades pre-k to 12 in various school districts in Luzerne County.
The successful candidate is responsible for reconciling all financial aspects of the SHINE program on a monthly basis, including payroll and expense allocations, invoicing, budgeting, and assistance with SHINE grant submissions and renewals. A Bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with bookkeeping, managing programmatic budgets, using spreadsheets, grant writing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
