- Training and certifying PSR Team Members
- Maintaining the Super User Program
- Building strong working relationships
- Collaborating with managers on training needs
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Typing proficiency
- Team player mindset
- Proficient in English
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to all clinic locations
- Knowledge of medical health insurance.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Critical thinking abilities
- Development of new training content, as necessary
- Training on various front-end tasks
- Adaptability to new processes
Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Previous medical office experience
- Customer service background
- Operational knowledge of clinic procedures
- Expertise in eCW and Phreesia processes
