Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health Information Manager to join our revenue cycle group. As the Health Information Manager, you will lead the HIM and Coding team, which is responsible for reviewing patient medical records, inputting codes, and generating daily reports to ensure accurate coding assignments in a timely manner.
In addition to leading the HIM and Coding team, you will also act as our Privacy Officer, managing activities related to the development, maintenance, and adherence to the organization's policies and procedures regarding the privacy of patient health information. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational privacy practices, making a significant impact on patient privacy and data security.
