A role you will love
As an Account Management Manager, you will lead a team of Account Managers and Account Associates, and ensure accounts are managed to established process and compliance expectations. You will be the escalation point for customer issues, and liaise with Governance and Control, Legal and senior leadership to drive successful solutions for clients.

The leadership aspect is one of the most important elements to the role’s success. Being able to bring people together to work collaboratively will be a strength of yours and you will be transparent in your expectations of the Account Management team.
Leadership doesn’t just come down to the team you develop, but also being able to build and maintain relationships across our business, and the ability to influence and negotiate.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $100,000- $150,000. This base pay range is specific to St. Paul, MN and may not be applicable to other locations.
