A role you will love
If you are an experienced operational executive leader looking to shape the future direction of a large global Employee Share Plans operation, then we have an opportunity to suit. Leading and developing a large, dedicated team of hybrid workers (~600) across multiple countries and time-zones will be a passion of yours. In this role you will ensure we operate appropriately and efficiently and that we are investing in the right global processes to provide proactive, efficient and high-quality end to end client service and continuous improvement.
You will bring your strategic mindset and be keen to join a highly experienced executive team where you will have real influence into the global business unit’s strategic priorities and its deliverables.
You will work with the global Plan’s executive team, internal partners and other multi regional specialised teams to ensure an enhanced market positioning and delivery of shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee business operations working collaboratively in a matrix environment and ensuring efficiency, delivery of key business metrics, and executing on key strategic priorities for the Employee Share Plans business and global Plans Operations team.
- Deliver operational decisions that align to the strategic priorities and goals.
- Work directly with other functional executives, internal partners, and key stakeholders to drive engagement, plan and deliver day to day, complex and regulated operational support.
- Manage, report on, and drive the engagement with internal partners.
- Be part of the Plans global executive, providing a collective purpose to drive continual improvement, innovation, and enhanced service outcomes.
- Lead, manage and guide the global operations, daily activity, and development of ~600 employees.
- Lead and guide the global Plans operating model, including key business operations transformation across the globe.
- Oversee and guide a great client experience executed by the Account Management and business consulting functions.
- Set and measure global goals for performance and set quality targets for the teams and operations.
- Act as a conduit between the business and internal service providers who support the end to end offering to our clients and their employees.
Key skills you will bring to the role
- Extensive operational experience within a global matrix reporting organisation, and the employee share plans industry.
- An in-depth understanding of a global employee equity plan function and external competitive landscape, economic and political factors.
- Ability to drive the development and execution of global and local strategic priorities.
- Strong, proactive, inspirational, and visible leadership for employees across multiple levels, peers and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to guide, coach, manage and provide support to senior leaders and their teams.
- Evidence of meeting service and delivery standards at required levels in all areas.
- Ability to develop organisational structures and resourcing that best fit to meet business outcomes.
- Excellent ability to interpret data, analysis situations and report Management information to inform critical decisions and assist with client engagement
- Developing relationships with operational senior leaders, strategic business leaders, internal partners and other stakeholders.
- Great problem-solving and plans to solve key challenges.
- Excellent understanding of the types of products, services and the operational processes offered that are required to support and administer them; and
- Professional accreditations specific to the employee plans industry will be highly regarded. E.g. Institute Chartered Secretaries and Administration Certificate in Employee Share Plans (ICSA CESP).
