This position is for the Data Imaging/Mailroom team within our Corporate Trust (CCT) organization. This department serves as an extension of the lines of business across CCT in the administration of their various products and services. Our goal is to enhance control, improve processes, and provide services that are consistent where possible and custom where necessary. CCT is seeing a Services Operations Specialists 2. The department is integral in reviewing, mitigating risk, and enhancing control related to ongoing administration of the CCT transactions in accordance with the applicable documents, state and federal laws, internal policies, and procedures.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Processing hardcopy CDs and electronic data files for posting to our data imaging system
- Troubleshooting items as they raise
- Meeting all SLAs
- Managing shared mailboxes
- Internal interactions
- Ad-hoc escalated requests
- Learning the operations of the mailroom and resource sharing when needed
What will you bring to the role?
As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer service and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- 1+ year of financial services, customer services experiences or a BS/BA degree or higher.
- Microsoft Office skills - we use MS Forms, MS Planner, Excel, Outlook, and Word daily
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to escalate issues as needed
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $35,000 - $44,000. This base pay range is specific to Saint Paul, MN and may not be applicable to other locations.
