Computershare Group recently embarked on a strategy to move from a regional model to a global model and align under one of five core product lead businesses. ESP is one of those core business lines. Shortly after a transformational acquisition the business embarked on a 5 year strategy in late 2019 called Transform to Grow. The transformation is underpinned by upgrading our clients to a new core platform and changing the way we work – all with a view to drive client service transformation. At the same time, ESP has moved from Regional business management to Global business lines. Our transformation roadmap runs alongside business as usual operations in a highly competitive marketplace.
Our overall our short term business strategies are underpinned by six core Plans Priorities: Align (work together as one team), People (develop, retain and attract the best people), Clients (deliver a market-leading service), Deliver (fulifll the benefits of the Equatex acquisition), Innovate (your ideas= tomorrow’s solutions), Grow (increase revenue, profit and market share.)
The Employee Share Plans market in EMEA Region is a critical part of the Global Employee Share Plans business. The EMEA Plans business is growing. This role is a key contrutor to ensuring new business, services and technical support can be delivered to our clients and other stakeholders.
