We are looking for an implementation manager to oversee the implementation of new systems for our company. We are seeking someone who is capable of establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and taking an analytical approach to problem solving. You possess the qualities of a formidable leader who is capable of exerting influence over decision-makers and managing multiple priorities at any given moment.
A role you will love
Responsible for overseeing and overseeing the customer onboarding process throughout the organization.
Identifying strategies for enhancing the customer onboarding process and collaborating with the team to implement them.
Responsible for managing, assigning, and conducting onboarding meetings, creating project plans, and turning customer requirements into deliverable configurations.
Understanding customer context, overseeing customer goals, and providing product information to best serve those goals.
Providing education to customers and collaborating with the team to optimize their product setup for the most expeditious route to success.
Collaborating with the team and creating a process to identify and eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers’ goals.
Enhancing product adoption and customer retention, while also fostering positive customer relationships that result in a loyal customer base.
Providing materials to assist customers in acquiring best practices to enhance their desired outcomes.
As required, get involved in ad hoc projects for the team and support the wider business.
