A role you will love
Working hours will be Monday – Friday, between the core hours of 07:30am and 17:00pm. This position is based, onsite (5 days per week), in our Bristol head offices. The starting salary for this role is £23, 985.
As a Process Administrator, within our Account Recordkeeping department, you will be trained in data entry to update shareholder details following their requests into one of our systems. Transactions will include the transfer of shares from one party to another, requests to sell shares, account updates including address changes, dividend payment elections and a variety of other maintenance transactions.
There are specific service level standards related to the review and processing of the transactions so the ability to prioritize your daily work to meet the challenge is a must. Flexibility and dependability are important in this role. If you have keen organisational skills, and either data entry experience, strong reading comprehension abilities or you are just looking for a difference in career, this may be the perfect fit for you.
If you’re the type that likes to be detailed oriented and take pride in working through a workload independently, you will find this position very rewarding.
