Description:
This position will provide customer service to citizens that have obtained a permit to use the park facilities.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Serve as an ambassador of the City and the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Monitor amplified sound during assemblies.
Open and close certain gates for entry and exits into the park.
Validate authorized park permits.
Ensure the permit holder has a secured permit at the reservation site.
Guide users to the proper location and assist with water and electrical needs.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
One year of experience of dealing with the public or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
