Manager - Excellence Programs

Main Responsibilities
• You'll lead excellence program activities, working closely with internal business units and stakeholders to track DA project progress, ensuring effective communication and site visit coordination.
• You'll promote an excellence culture through workshops, training, and supporting excellence-related lab activities.
• You'll oversee excellence submissions across DA, ensuring quality and alignment with internal and external stakeholder expectations.
• You'll analyze excellence program reports with internal business units and stakeholders, recommending improvements and corrective actions while fostering long-term relationships to drive continuous improvement.
• You'll deliver the excellence and improvement programs agenda, including the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGE), Dubai Model Center (DMC), and private awards.
• You'll conduct mock assessments for corporate and individual categories and manage the happiness indices and mystery shopper studies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• You'll be educated to a bachelor's degree level specializing in Business Administration/ Business Excellence/Related.
• You'll have at least 5-7 years of experience in excellence/quality/compliance/stakeholder management.
• You'll have knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking techniques, and regulatory compliance.
