Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Open Maintenance Administrative Assistant at our Cortez Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering all relevant technical data from completed work orders into Oracle eAM to ensure accurate and high quality historical information is captured.

Responsibilities:
- Entering all relevant technical data from completed work orders into Oracle eAM to ensure accurate and high quality historical information is captured.
- Read, interpret and input data from work orders, vendor reports, and other sources and transfer into Oracle eAM via manual entry and/or scanning of documents
- Create requisitions and ordering parts as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior office administration experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all time required
- Excellent planning and organizational skills preferred
- Ability to work unsupervised, and understand/follow work standards and procedures required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment required
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and printer operation preferred
- Familiarity with eAM (Oracle) preferred
- Demonstrate good safe work record required
