Clinical Pharmacist - Everett Medical Ctr Colby-Everett(HR)
The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy. Or
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
- When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
- Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
