Required Qualifications:- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education/experience
- Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
