Senior Administrative Assistant at Providence

Job Descrption

The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to: overseeing front desk operations, trains and leads admin assistants, coordinates with rehab service supervisors, assist Physicians and staff in the daily operations of the Rehabcentre, assists as needed patient scheduling, insurance authorization/verifications, telephone communications, customer service, clerical duties, and other related duties as assigned. Provides customer service to the following age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, young, middle and older adults.

Required Qualification: 

  • 5 years of Administrative experience; preferably in healthcare or medical reception.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Associate's Degree in General Ed

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
