Principal Engineer, IS Service Now Stockroom Management - 100% Remote within the Providence footprint of states (WA, OR, CA, MT, NM, TX, AK)
This position will support the IS Asset and Supply Chain Management team in collaboration with 3rd Party Logistics Partners, End User Support, ServiceNow and Oracle teams to provide world-class IS equipment services to our caregivers. This role will focus on Stockroom needs in support of Field Services teams. Key to this role will be developing & managing the scope of all inventory and asset management activities for IS Devices. Services to include Break/Fix support, Repair services, same day device fulfillment/swaps. This role must be experienced in continuous improvement skills & tools to identify and drive improvement opportunities in our business & systems processes.
