Associate Clinical Research Coordinator at Providence

Job Descrption

The Regulatory Research Coordinator 1 will function under the supervision of the Regional Research Regulatory Manager, coordinating and maintaining regulatory activities related to the various types of research studies conducted at PH&S Research Programs. This includes but is not limited to writing or revising study-related documents to be submitted to IRB or other regulatory bodies, preparation and maintenance of regulatory documents, the use and upkeep of the Clinical Trial Management system, and implementation of regulatory systems and processes. Interacts closely with institutional investigators, industry sponsors, cooperative group operations offices, and research programs. Collaborates with the Clinical Research Team members throughout study completion.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree - With courses in public health, community program development, psychology/sociology, and research. Or equivalent educ/experience, 
  • 2 years - Experience with medical terminology or clinical research.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 6 months - Experience with IRB submissions.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
