The RN Hospice Supervisor provides staff supervision and coordination for clinical care provided to patients and their families. This position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care. This position performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts, demonstrates a commitment to the Sisters of Providence, the Code of Conduct and Integrity, and the core values of compassion, dignity, justice, excellence and integrity.

Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training and Education sufficient for licensure
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years of RN nursing.
- 1 year of Lead or supervisory.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Hospice Certification
- Upon hire: Hospice Certification
