Supervisor Care Management - Swedish First Hill 1221 Madison-Seattle(HR)
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8 - 5
The Supervisor position reports to the Manager, Oncology Social Work and is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Social Workers.

Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree Social Work.
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
- 3 years Recent experience dealing with diverse patient populations including various age groups with physical or developmental disabilities, emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders, and substance abuse, or complex care needs in oncology psychosocial care areas.
- Social Work experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Supervisor or lead experience.
