Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Social Work from accredited university.
- Coursework/Training Courses or continuing education in Evidence-Based Intervention.
- 1 year Social work experience in a health care setting (outpatient/acute care or skilled nursing facility).
Preferred Qualifications:
- upon hire: Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).
