Administrative Assistant (277202)
Schedule: FTE 1.0, Sunday-Thursday 6:00AM-2:30PM PST, Hybrid
This position is responsible for independently coordinating and performing complex and specialized administrative and office duties to support Swedish Inpatient Case Management. These duties may include responsibility for inpatient staffing matrix, daily staffing, tracking specialty patient populations for staffing and resource deployment (i.e. psychiatric patients), planning, acting as a liaison for internal projects, data maintenance and reporting, and coordination of projects and meetings.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience
- Equivalent work experience
- 1 year Job related experience including responsibility for coordinating complex administrative projects for management and associated professionals in an organization
