The IS Applications Analyst needs to exercise full use of the Workforce Management application (Kronos Workforce Central), provide solutions to a variety of moderately complex business and technical problems related to Timekeeping and Workforce Scheduling, implement system requirements or procedures; design, and test system functionality, troubleshoot and resolve system errors, report, track, and resolve application related issues with internal and external support.
- Familiarity with Kronos WFC configuration, data, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Kronos system infrastructure (configuration items related to Workforce Scheduler and Timekeeping) and support.
- Write efficient hyperfind queries.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 3 years of functional experience).
- 3 years Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large Workforce Management systems – Kronos WFC, UKG Pro WFM, Time & Attendance module of a large ERP, or large nurse scheduling application.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with implementation and support of UKG Pro WFM is highly desired.
- Experience with Unions and Union Contracts
- Prior healthcare industry knowledge a plus
This position is Full-time hybrid position – remote work will be considered. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth.
