The Senior Oracle HCM IS Applications Analyst provides support for the Core HR and Compensation modules of the Oracle Cloud HCM application, and uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Human Resource, IS business processes, and ERP systems to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems.
May lead small to medium projects and work teams focused on the deployment of new and enhanced application functionality. Will work with business users to refine requirements, prepare functional specification documentation, perform functional testing, and support user acceptance testing and production deployment. Works as a liaison between the technical team and business users. May also work concurrently on a number of small application enhancements and break fix incidents.
Will review Oracle Cloud HCM quarterly release notes and CWBs to both assess impact to existing functionality and makes recommendations to business users on new functionality, and support release regression testing. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed solutions to solve data and business problems. Supports the preparation of work estimates and schedules to ensure success of projects. Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects, and goals. Frequent collaboration with business users and IS co-workers to determine appropriate solutions to complex system issues.

The salary range listed for this position is MIN: $53.33 to MAX: $85.85 per hour based upon the primary work location Renton, WA posted. Salary range and job offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from state and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.
