Assistant Nurse Manager at Providence Office Park Portland (Full time and Evening shift)
$8,000 hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
The Assistant Nurse Manager in the Patient Logistics Center (PLC) oversees, develops, and mentors both clinical and non-clinical staff, working in close collaboration with the Patient Logistics Center leadership to ensure development and competency of caregivers. The Assistant Nurse Manager coordinates the general operation of Remote Visual Monitoring (RVM), Centralized Transportation, Centralized Bed Placement, and the Transfer Center. The Assistant Nurse Manager demonstrates a wide range of general nursing knowledge. The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a role model for caregivers in development of problem solving and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing for all external and internal candidates. BSN.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 5 years staff nurse experience in acute care.
- 3 years Leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- National certification upon hire.
