Student Intern - Dietary Department at Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center in Spokane, WA
The primary purpose of this Culinary Apprentice/Student Intern position is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures under the instruction and guidance of either a Head Cook, Lead and/or Director of Dining Service to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times. Under the supervision of the Head Cook the Culinary Apprentice is responsible for hot food preparation, including accompaniment and garnishes.

Shift Details: Part-time/Temporary position, Variable shift, 4-8 hours a day
Required Qualification:
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
