Reporting to the Phlebotomy Coordinator who reports to the Laboratory Manager, this position is responsible for obtaining samples from patients, transports them to the Laboratory and prepares them for testing.

Required qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License. Or
- upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License.
- within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization.
- Practical experience with adults, pediatrics and neonatal phlebotomy

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
