Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai’s premier lifestyle destination, is located on Jumeirah Beach Road just 15 km from the city centre and 25 km from Dubai International Airport. About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for Membership Executive to join our J-Club, premier luxury gym and fitness center at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Mina Al Salam. 

The main purpose 

  • Achieving budgeted membership targets through an innovative renewal of existing memberships and marketing process. 

The main responsibilities are: 

  • To be responsible for ensuring monthly targets of renewals are achieved.
  • To develop activities and initiatives to provide luxury members experience by networking the local area and maximizing the opportunities for renewals.
  • To identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to renewal of their memberships.
  • To follow all financial procedures, regarding membership renewal.
  • Work on development and retention strategies in both clubs along with Sales manager.
  • To ensure that all administrative duties are performed to a high standard through the Membership renewal department.
  • To acknowledge members and guests (by name if possible) throughout the club and assist them as required, ensuring they always feel comfortable and welcome.
  • To have a deeper knowledge of all other services offered by the Jumeirah properties. 
  • To report any operation problems or complaints immediately to the Health Club Manager.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Experience of working within a 5 Star Luxury environment and Fitness Chain.
  • Minimum 1-3 year in Membership Renewal and our account management.
  • Fit and aesthetic silhouette.
  • Great communication skills.
  • High level of written and verbal business English.
  • Competent in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
