As a Commis Chef, we will support you to:
We are looking to recruit a Commis Chef to complete our culinary team. Working alongside highly skilled professional chefs we are looking for someone who wants to develop their own skills and knowledge and grow within the team. You will be assisting in the food preparation process with duties including preparing ingredients, seasoning meats, taking inventories, overseeing deliveries, and organising and basic cleaning in the kitchen. You will need to communicate with the rest of the team and ensure proper presentation of food as directed by the Chef de Partie. You will also be cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes whilst assisting the other chef within different departments and the main kitchen.
