We’re searching for an Engineering Supervisor who is responsible to manage the daily operations of the engineering department, inspections and safety compliance.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Supervise and lead the engineering team in day-to-day operations
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
- Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Manage the budget for maintenance projects, repairs, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives
- Maintain a high standard of physical infrastructure to enhance guest experience
What We need from you:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
