As our Senior Housekeeping Manager, you will need to be able to commit to a 12-month period of maternity cover. You will have previous experience working as a Head Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping leadership role for at least 2 years in a property of a similar size, 4 star or above. You have excellent attention to detail and are able to supervise and coordinate activities of room attendants ,public area cleaners, floor supervisors and laundry team. You can assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions whilst also maintaining close relationships with other hotel departments. You have an understanding of systems to support driving results – such as Opera and Microsoft Office - and knowledge of a service optimization tool such as ‘HotSOS’ or ‘Quore’ would be a plus.
