  • Manage RHSE documents and procedures, making sure they’re kept up to date
  • Support the supplier assurance system to make sure that it continues to develop and remains effective, including completing regular audits and conducting trend analysis around findings
  • Manage the risk acceptance process relating to risk and compliance within property
  • Coordinate engagement and communication activity for internal and external partners
  • Support with RHSE function administration
  • Support with organising continuous improvement groups with the supply chain

This role would suit people who have

  • Experience in completing audits to an agreed set of standards
  • Capability to spot gaps/issues and make strong recommendations to fix them
  • Experience in managing risk acceptance processes
  • The ability to write well informed and engaging audit reports
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and escalate, where necessary

  • An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
  • A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
  • Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
  • Coaching and training to support your career development
  • Wagestream app – giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn
  • YuLife app – rewarding you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for your favourite brands
