Your role and responsibilities
Join our Registration Service team as a Registration Assistant and play a vital role in facilitating key life events for Suffolk residents. In this varied role, you'll handle customer enquiries, book appointments, complete ceremony registration duties, issue certificates, and maintain accurate records. With a passion for exceptional customer service and an eye for detail, you'll thrive on supporting members of the public during significant moments. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy, and a good understanding of relevant legislation. If you're confident, organised, and committed to delivering high standards, we'd love to hear from you.

The team
Working within a diverse team of Registration and Ceremony Officers, and Administration Assistants in the office and other registration offices around the county.
