Collecting hard copy documents stored in multiple locations on the site and sort them by type and department.
Work with each department’s designated contact person to decide which documents need to be digitized and which ones need to be designated shred.
Work with each department’s designated contact person to determine which system/location the electronic copies are to be stored in and input them into the correct system/location.
Shred and dispose of all documents designated shred.
Meet weekly with the site representative (Maintenance Manager) to review and discuss progress, bottlenecks and/or support needed to keep the process moving efficiently and effectively.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures as you complete your daily tasks.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to drive continuous progress on the tasks
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with good communication skills
Preferred
• Experience working with document management systems
• Experience working with SAP
• Experience with recognition of the different file types e.g. P&ID’s, Drawings, Manuals ect.
