Pay: 65,000.00 – 70,000.00

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise field staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement field operations strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate field activities and allocate resources to meet operational targets and deadlines.
Monitor and assess field operations performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of field operations.
Foster a culture of safety and compliance by enforcing relevant regulations and company policies.
Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular site visits to assess field operations, address issues, and provide guidance and support to field staff.
Monitor and manage field operations budget, control costs, and recommend cost-saving measures.
Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in field operations.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of field staff.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of operational processes, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in field operations.
Flexibility to travel to different field locations as required.
Valid driver's license.
