Exciting opportunity to join our dynamic outpatient rehab clinic to manage our Outpatient Neuro Specialty Clinic and Cardiac Rehab Clinic. This is for our Inova Mt. Vernon location, a regional leader in rehabilitative services.
We specialize in the care for individuals who have experienced a life changing injury or illness. Our extensive outpatient programs include personalized hands-on therapy, counseling and education. With specialty certified clinicians and state-of-the-art equipment, our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to help individuals achieve their highest level of functioning. We also help patients and their families build a strong support system and establish links to community resources.
The Manager of the Rehabilitation Program demonstrates an understanding of all rehabilitation regulatory/payer requirements and applies them accordingly in clinical practice on a daily basis. Demonstrates advanced communication skills necessary for effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and facilitating group interactions to achieve desired outcomes. Manages, supervises, and facilitates the development of a large, complex, and multidisciplinary staff.

Certification - Basic Life Support THRU THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION
Licensure - Virginia license eligible
Experience - Four years of clinical experience in a rehab setting
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy or master's in Speech-Language Pathology.
