The PostAs a Social Worker in Adult Social Care, you’ll respond to individuals in our community to provide social care support and utilise appropriate interventions. You’ll use a strength-based approach to promote the independence, interests, and rights of our residents and their families.

You will be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England. You will also have experience of working within social care or a community-focused multi-disciplinary setting.
A good understanding of relevant Adult Social Care legislation is essential for success in these roles. You will have the opportunity to put this legislation into action, further enhancing your skills to support and empower our service users to live meaningful lives within the community.
