The Post
To work as a member of a team to provide high quality services which ensures the highest standard of customer care at Bridge Park Community Leisure Centre.
To deal with enquiries, bookings and casual admissions, process memberships and take payment for activities and invoices using a computerised booking system.
The Person
You will be able to demonstrate a competency of working in an administrative role. Capability in cash handling, customer relations and good computer skills are essential requirement of this post. Candidate will be: Providing a warm and genuine welcome.
Dealing with customer queries both in person and on the phone. Acting as a point of contact for customer queries. Providing friendly straightforward service at the Reception Desk. Positive, friendly individuals to join a likeminded team. Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Totally committed to customer service and have high standards of grooming.
