We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Business Systems team as a Programme lead to manage and deliver a variety of projects and improvements as part of the Salesforce roadmap. Working across the business to leverage the full capability of the platform. We have a strategic vision that puts the salesforce platform at the centre of our customer journey. This is a collaborative role working with a variety of business areas and key partners to identify, drive and implement business process improvements.
The Details...
To manage and deliver against an ambitious roadmap, the successful candidate will manage stakeholders across a wide variety of change programmes along. Business improvement projects will primarily focus on our sales and service, but may also span order management, commerce, and integration software. You'll be involved in recommending business controls by identifying recurring problems and provide clear, accurate and well-documented solutions.

What We're Looking For...
We'll expect you to have a strong background working with the Salesforce platform and functional certifications would be a definite advantage. In addition, you can demonstrate your experience of Salesforce functional areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Commerce. You also have a good working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and proven experience implementing flows and processes within Sales & Service. Experience in order management (OMS) would be an advantage, along with any exposure to MuleSoft and data cloud.
Excellent communication skills are essential due to the collaborative responsibilities involved in this role and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, diligent, and who can learn new systems quickly. It will also appeal to those who enjoy working in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
