Introduction
A Glazier within our Borough will support residents with reactive repairs across our portfolio of properties working on Part of a local team undertaking high standard Glazing and UPVC repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

As a Glazier with us, you'll have the opportunity to utilise your customer service expertise to support residents with reactive repairs across our property portfolio. Your strong communication skills will be invaluable as you interact with our team and residents. Additionally, a full UK driving license will enable you to efficiently travel to various locations as needed.

What we’re looking for
As a Glazier specialising in reactive repairs and UPVC repairs, your dedication extends beyond technical expertise. Your attention to detail ensures top-notch quality and consistency in all tasks, benefiting our community directly.
Your role involves collaborating closely with our in-house teams, providing essential support to ensure tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently, ultimately serving our residents effectively. Excelling in this capacity requires outstanding interpersonal skills and a deep sense of commitment to working for the betterment of our community.
Location
The job is primarily based in the Borough of Lewisham.
Special conditions
- NVQ or equivalent qualification or experience
- Demonstrable experience of working in the building and trades
industry. - The job is subject to a Basic DBS check
- Previous experience in a local authority/social housing
- IT Literate (Microsoft packages) and experience of PDA technology
- Full Drivers Licence

Salary
£37,575 - £38,769 per annum (S01)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
