The Client Services Leader - North America is primarily a strategic business development and coordination role for the Digital Division of GHD. The role provides a vision and direction for the market in accordance with the GHD and GHD Digital strategy. The role has a dual responsibility for market development in cross priority sectors.
What You Will Do:
- Coordination with the Market Leaders based in North America and across Digital globally
- Play a meaningful role in developing GHD’s business in Digital, providing focus on creating medium and long term opportunities for GHD Digital (and GHD)
- Assess market trends and strategies (greater than six months forward) towards future projects
- Drive and co-ordinate business development / marketing in North America in consultation with North America leaders and key people
- Promote relationships with existing and potential clients
- Increase business by improving client relationships and strengthening repeat business
- Expand client base by promoting GHD’s Digital services dedicatedly across the region
- Identify areas of practice, based on client feedback or market trends that require improvement to meet present or future opportunities
What You Will Bring:
- 10+ years prior experience in Digital Transformation customer facing roles
- Superior time management and organzational skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Problem solving skills with ability to make sound judgment calls
- Proven experience in a leadership role is required
- Innovative, creative thinking skills in order to provide cutting edge client experience
