Position Overview: As an Advisor in our UK Advisory team, you will apply a behavioural lens to understanding communities, stakeholders and the challenges they face. You will derive insights from social science, behavioural economics, psychology and cognitive science to undertake social research and engagement activities; advising, developing and evaluating policies relating to energy and the “Just Transition”, sustainability and other major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to a behavioural science team taking a creative, inclusive and intersectional approach to human-centred research, design and engagement.
- Using behavioural design techniques, mixed method data collection and stakeholder engagement tools to conduct research into human behaviour and develop behavioural interventions.
- Providing advice on behavioural science and its applications.
- Contributing to behavioural science projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement behavioural interventions.
- Driving change and shaping the future by applying your skills to real-world problems.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Cognitive Science, Social Science or a related field.
- Experience in behavioural science research and intervention development an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
