Salary: Marie Curie Pay Scale, aligned with AFC Band 3: £11.84 - 12.63 per hour

This is a hands-on role, where you will be required to demonstrate strong practical, imaginative and creative cooking skills. You will be well organised, flexible and pro-active in your approach to work. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also a must, together with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. You will have fantastic interpersonal skills together with exceptional levels of integrity and self-awareness.

What we are looking for:
- Basic Food Hygiene
- High levels of Health and Safety awareness
- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to develop and plan menus
- Relevant catering and supervisory experience
- Flexibility with shift patterns
You will also be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the adequate supervision if the Catering Assistants.
